Intersect members’ meetings bring local community hubs together to discuss Cardano’s product roadmap and budget. The summits offer a platform to reflect Intersect’s first-year successes and challenges while exploring continued support for Cardano’s on-chain governance and roadmap planning.
What is an Annual member meeting?
The Intersect team is divided into functions to support our five pillars and ultimately all of the member-led committees and working groups. Each function within Intersect has a natural committee connection, fostering a close working relationship with members.
Why does Intersect run an annual member meeting?
Intersect is a member-based organization for the Cardano ecosystem, putting members at the heart of Cardano’s future development. It is incorporated as a mutual-benefit not-for-profit organization in Wyoming, USA. Our state obligations require us to hold at least one annual meeting for members. Intersect aims to meet and exceed our legal obligations, so there will normally be several annual meetings for members at different locations.
